To schedule a treatment, please ensure you are at least 18 years old and can provide identification if needed. Before your session, you’ll need to complete a consent form during your pre-treatment consultation. Please note that individuals with high blood pressure, heart conditions, diabetes, kidney or heart disease, other significant pre-existing illnesses, or those who are pregnant or breastfeeding are not eligible for an IV drip. Additionally, we kindly ask you to drink an adequate amount of water before your appointment, as dehydration may prevent you from receiving the IV drip.
Please note that a 50% deposit must be paid when scheduling your appointment for any treatment. This deposit will be deducted from your final payment. Kindly be aware that deposits are non-refundable.
Kindly be informed that The vitamin nurse strictly adheres to a 48-hour cancellation policy. Should you desire to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure timely notification. If clients wish to cancel or reschedule their appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a late cancellation fee will be applicable. This fee will be equivalent to the full cost of the appointment and will be charged to the client’s payment method on record.
